Check the shared edge
A tile must be directly beside the empty square. Diagonal tiles do not slide. The Jelly Shift guide includes a small adjacency example.
Describe one move
Tell us which tile you selected, where the gap was and what happened. A short description is more useful than a guess about the browser internals.
Review the draft first
The form is a local writing aid. It does not submit a web ticket; you must send the prepared note through your email service.
Put the puzzle position into words
Required: a reply name, email, topic and message. Context is optional.
Review your unsent draft
Opening a mail app is not delivery. Complete the send action there, or paste the draft into webmail. A configured mail handler is needed for the email link.
